Local Storage
Your health and wellness records are stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
The Service does not require you to create an account. We do not automatically upload your health records to our servers, sell them, or provide them to advertisers or data brokers.
If you delete the Service from your device, locally stored records may also be deleted. You should export any information you want to keep before deleting the Service.
Automatically Processed Information
The Service may process limited technical information that is necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This information may include:

Notifications and Reminders

You can change or disable reminders at any time through the Service or your device settings.
The Service does not read notifications from other applications.
Apple Health and HealthKit
Pulse Wellness does not connect to Apple Health or HealthKit and does not read from or write to HealthKit data.
Apple Watch
If Apple Watch functionality is available, information recorded through the Apple Watch is used only to provide the related tracking or check-in features.
Unless otherwise stated in the Service, such information remains within your Apple device ecosystem and is not uploaded to our servers.
Sharing Your Information
We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information.
We may disclose limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We may use third-party providers for services such as technical support, security, hosting, diagnostics, or email communication, where applicable. When you export information, a copy may be saved to another application, service, or location selected by you. Information transferred outside the Service will be subject to the privacy policy of the receiving application or service.

Data Access and Removal
You control the information that you enter into the Service.
You may delete records through the Service if a deletion function is available, or remove the Service from your device. Because records are stored locally, deleting the Service may permanently remove those records from your device.

Payment Information
Pulse Wellness does not directly collect or store your payment card number, security code, or bank-account information.
If you purchase an App Store subscription or other in-app purchase, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control.
Access to information received through support communications is limited to people or service providers who reasonably need it to respond to your request or operate the Service.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, misused, accessed without authorization, or altered.
You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, Apple ID, and exported files.
Age Requirements
The Service is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13).
